RFID HF or UHF technology

The system was designed to be easy to use and maintain, and is the ideal solution for the automatic distribution of folded uniforms in locations with limited space. The distributors can be installed in corridors or small spaces, often unused areas. In particular, the new Titan series of distributing machines stands out for their compact size (900 Slim) and large loading capacity. The distributors operate with RFID HF or UHF technology. The solution guarantees complete traceability of uniforms, whether by “size”, “personalized” assignment, or a “mixed” mode combining both within the same system.

Additionally, if garments are equipped with RFID-UHF tags, the entire process can be managed seamlessly - from the washing to the distribution of clean uniforms and up to the collection of soiled garments. This allows for optimising workflows, minimising losses and stocks, and improving purchases. The innovative "Dynamic Load" mode, during the replenishing phase with clean uniforms, enables the machine to quickly and automatically assign a position to each individual item or pair of items. This function saves considerable time for the operator during the loading and replenishment of each individual distribution machine. •
