ITALCLEAN
In more developed countries, hotels typically rely on specialized external providers to handle the laundering and management of bed linens, tablecloths, towels, uniforms, and even guests' personal garments.
However, in many regions, particularly where high-quality laundry services are scarce, luxury hotels often consider it essential to operate their own in-house laundry facilities. For example, the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai, renowned for its distinctive sailshaped architecture and its 7-stars, must necessarily deliver a service level that matches its exceptional status and pricing, and therefore prefers to operate an in-house laundry rather than rely on external providers who cannot guarantee the same level of quality, efficiency, and speed. Naturally, the Burj Al Arab uses Italclean machines in its in-house laundry, just like La Mamounia in Marrakech, which has been repeatedly voted the best hotel in the world. One of the primary challenges faced by these in-house hotel laundries is the lack of consistently skilled personnel. While laundry managers may have considerable experience, frontline staff are often entrylevel workers with limited training. It’s important to note that in these countries, the employee turnover rate is extremely high, making proper training even more difficult. Given these human resource challenges, it becomes essential to equip in-house laundries with machines that not only meet the highest standards of cleanliness, speed, and reliability (in some luxury hotels, the machines run continuously, 24 hours a day, seven days a week), but are also exceptionally user-friendly and easy to maintain. At Italclean, we have achieved a level of excellence that borders on perfection, an accomplishment that has made us market leaders in several countries where the hospitality sector drives demand for highperformance textile care solutions. India, in particular, stands out as a key example. Our leadership extends beyond dry-cleaning equipment. While the Liberty model, now further enhanced with an advanced touchscreen computer, has achieved near-iconic status, Italclean also stands out when it comes to washing machines and tumble dryers. Despite the strong competition from lower-cost manufacturers, we continue to distinguish ourselves through superior quality, reliability, and innovation. We will be present at HOST 2025 in Hall 5 – Booth V22. •

For us at Pony, a longstanding leader committed to producing cutting-edge professional finishing machines, the HOST 2025 exhibition represents a key and highly strategic occasion.
It offers a prime opportunity to engage with customers, partners, and key stakeholders from the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, to share our technology-driven vision and present our most advanced solutions. Each edition of HOST gives us the opportunity to engage directly with professionals that are facing the evolving challenges of the hospitality industry. These interactions enable us to anticipate emerging needs and trends. At Pony, we believe textile care is far more than an important detail - it is a fundamental aspect of enhancing both the image and the overall guest experience within any accommodation facility. Delivering exceptional service in the hospitality sector also means operating a professional, highperformance laundry capable of guaranteeing flawless garments quickly and consistently. Fabric care is not merely a behind-the-scenes function, it is a vital component of the guest experience and a key contributor in shaping the image of a hospitality establishment. For this reason, we will be showcasing our industryspecific technologies at HOST 2025: from the FORMPLUS-S tensioning form finisher, suitable for finishing both wet and dry-cleaned jackets and outerwear, to the MPT-DL topper, designed to perfectly press trousers of any fabric or size. Additionally, we will present our vacuum and blowing ironing tables and presses, equipped with polished head that deliver premium finishing quality and sanitization at 160°C.
