CleanHub and REAL STAIN LAB: bringing authenticity to the culture of cleanliness
October 2024: this was when CLEANHUB, IMESA’s Academy, was created, the beating heart of our company, where training and relationships come together to create a unique experience in the laundry world. Today, CleanHub is an interactive space conceived to promote a true culture of cleanliness. It brings together multiple research and training activities; it is the hub where the company shares technical expertise and industry chemical analysis, transforming its know-how into a practical tool for optimizing professional washing processes.

In today’s B2B communication landscape, authenticity has become one of the top priorities for companies, evolving from a simple value into a strategic pillar. In a digital ecosystem saturated with polished content and AI-generated images, IMESA has chosen a different path by launching the REAL STAIN LAB series.
The concept behind the format is simple: reality builds trust. REAL STAIN LAB is a genuine experimental laboratory where there are no filters or digital simulations. The core of our storytelling is truth: real stains from fruit, coffee, lipstick, or grease are created live on fabrics and treated without any artificial effects - the essence of the daily washing challenges faced in laundry operations.
The aim of this social media approach is to discuss laundry processes with expertise and a touch of lightness, engaging operators from key sectors such as hospitality, food service, and healthcare.
With REAL STAIN LAB, IMESA does not simply claim that “our systems work”, it demonstrates the efficiency of its solutions in real conditions, actively involving the B2B community in its activities. For further information about this initiative, readers are invited to scan the QR CODE provided alongside the article.

Confidence in the future and technological innovation, these are the foundations behind our participation to EXPODETERGO INTERNATIONAL 2026, where we will present a renewed range of solutions dedicated to professional and industrial laundries. Our commitment to evolution and our 100% Made in Italy identity drives us to develop cutting-edge solutions. The goal is not only to improve machine performance, but also to optimize operator's user experience.
The EXPODETERGO INTERNATIONAL 2026 trade fair (IMESA Hall 1, Stand E11-F20) and the following OPEN EXPERIENCE DAY, taking place in October after the exhibition at our headquarters in Cessalto (TV), will be two key opportunities for dialogue with the market. We cannot list here all the projects developed by our R&D department, but we can outline the main directions of change and invite customers to discover the innovations in person by contacting our marketing team at marketing@imesa.it to register and participate to the on site event.
The most significant innovation concerns the RC low-spin washing machine range, which is expanding with 26 kg and 32 kg models, thus aligning with the capacities and design of the LM high-spin range, while the RC40 model undergoes a major restyling. The entire RC range (from11 to 40 kg) will be available in Easy and Smart versions, as already applies to the ES dryers and FI ironers. The Smart version will retain the IM11 touchscreen interface; the Easy version will feature the new IM9 analogue push-button unit, with 6 pre-set programs and the ability to manage up to 3 detergent pumps.
The new models introduce important upgrades in terms of G-factor performance, recyclability, and space optimization. The RC Easy line was developed in response to the demand from a market segment already using the RC range, which has shown positive sales trends and a zero-call rate, but who require a simpler working tool. Finally, significant technological developments also affect the ironing range, particularly the FI Smart flatwork ironers and the MCA drying ironers, which have been optimized in terms of chest construction quality and ironing temperature control.

The magic of sustainability: people and the environment at the heart of IMESA Family Day IMESA’s journey toward a sustainable future is not limited to technological product innovations; it is reflected in every company decision, including initiatives dedicated to its own community. On 19 September, we will open the doors of our facility located in Cessalto in occasion of IMESA Family Day 2026, the traditional event celebrating team spirit and the central role of our people, this year guided by the theme of magic. Yet the real magic lies in our concrete commitment to the environment: the 2026 edition will be a carbon-neutral event. Thanks to the strategic partnership with Sea the Change, we will implement a rigorous carbon management plan.
The entire life cycle of the event will be monitored through carbon footprint calculation, analysing every source of impact in order to define a precise reduction strategy. Any unavoidable remaining emissions will be fully neutralized through support for the “Blue Carbon” project, focused on the Venetian lagoon. This initiative involves the biological capture of carbon dioxide through macroalgae and phytoplankton, which are capable of storing CO2 in muddy seabed while simultaneously supporting biodiversity and the health of the local ecosystem.

save the date: 19 September,
Cessalto (TV)”
Our internal communication also follows this philosophy: all participants will receive information materials printed on algae paper; an ecofriendly alternative created by recovering excess biomass. It is biodegradable and recyclable. Through a dedicated QR Code on the event ticket, attendees will be able to access a landing page showing the real positive impact generated by the day. By combining environmental protection with the enhancement of human capital, IMESA Family Day demonstrates how corporate social responsibility can become an engaging experience, fully aligned with the company’s sustainability journey and the publication of its Sustainability Report. •
