The star of Macpi's stand will undoubtedly be a complete, integrated line designed specifically for industrial shirt finishing. At its heart lies the renowned Macpi 291 machine, a four-station automatic unit perfected for ironing damp shirts. Imagine this: four specialized form finishers on a rotating table, working in harmony through steaming, drying, and blowing in a fluid, continuous cycle. The result? Consistently perfect finishes and impressive productivity.
But the true innovation lies in how this system integrates into a fully automated workflow. Once a shirt is flawlessly ironed, it's automatically transferred to a hanger and then whisked away by an advanced garment transport system. This innovative conveyor network links each processing stage, eliminating the need for any manual handling. The conveyor then feeds directly into the brand-new Macpi automatic bagging machine, which will be officially presented during EXPODETERGO INTERNATIONAL 2026. Developed for single-garment packaging, the machine boasts an astonishing productivity of up to 1.200 garments per hour.
It expertly handles all separation, insertion, closing, and unloading operations automatically. Plus, with its intelligent garment length detection, it intuitively adjusts the packaging cycle, making it a versatile powerhouse for various garment types. The result is a significant reduction in processing times and operational costs, all while maintaining an impeccable, repeatable quality.

Alongside the shirt finishing line, visitors will also see the Macpi Tunnel in action, designed for continuous finishing of garments on hangers. This modular system consists of steaming and blowing chambers, designed for the automatic processing of a vast array of items, including coats, jackets, suits, dresses, shirts, polo shirts, T-shirts and many other items for both the apparel and professional laundry sectors.
The Macpi Tunnel offers remarkable flexibility. By precisely programming advancement speed, air temperature, and steam quantity, it guarantees optimal results across diverse fabrics and production volumes. And just like the shirt line, this system will be showcased connected to an automatic hanger transport system and the new bagging machine. It's a powerful, real-world demonstration of a truly continuous process, guiding garments from ironing right through to preparation for final delivery – all without intermediate manual operations.
Alongside its most advanced automation solutions, Macpi will also present important updates to its traditional product range. A standout is the redesigned blown-form shirt former, model 389.20, now even more adept at handling modern stretch fabrics. These new adjustments ensure superior results on the increasingly popular stretch shirts, enhancing both ironing quality and user-friendliness. For trousers, Macpi will exhibit their automatic finishing solutions, available in both blown and pressed versions. These are meticulously engineered to deliver high productivity and consistent, professional-grade quality.
The Macpi showcase wouldn't be complete without a selection of complementary equipment. Visitors can expect to see a trouser topper, a specialized table for knitwear, an industrial boiler, a professional stain remover, an ergonomically designed height-adjustable ironing table, and the highly versatile electropneumatic rotating form – perfect for treating jackets, suits, dresses, knitwear, and a wide spectrum of other garments.
