BRENTARENO

Brentareno, a company committed to ecology and to reducing water and energy consumption, is introducing a new system designed to minimize waste and recover the maximum amount of water from each washing cycle, reducing water usage by up to 70% compared to standard production processes. This solution features a sophisticated double-drain system installed directly on the machines, enabling discharge water to be separated into two streams: one containing dirty water and another of potentially reusable water. The recovered water is then stored in dedicated tanks, which serve multiple functions: facilitating water recovery, ensuring a constantpressure supply, and acting as a reserve in case of network malfunctions, a common issue in certain regions and periods of the year. Through the management of this system, most of the water can be recovered, treated, and reintroduced into the process, resulting in lower cycle costs, preservation of resources, and a drastic reduction in environmental impact. With costs cut by up to 70% and waste and treatment requirements minimized, your laundry becomes not only more efficient, but also eco-friendly and future-oriented. •

CHT GERMANY

Our innovative SMART AIR® washing process is based on so-called DFA technology (DFA = direct fog application) - a very special nebulization application on textiles for any type of chemicals. The micro-fine spray mist, consisting of an enzyme cocktail and surfactants (detergent), is applied directly to the soiled laundry so that all chemicals are bound to the fabric during pre-wash, thus saving an enormous amount of water, chemicals and energy, all in the interests of sustainability. This prevents overdosing and, above all, no expensive chemicals are unnecessarily transported into the sewer, which in turn also significantly improves the wastewater values! With the innovative SMART AIR® process, enzymes, detergents, fabric softeners and FC-free products for water and oil repellency can be nebulized as socalled microbubbles and applied to textiles of all kinds in the pre-wash. Smart washing with SMART AIR®. Wash efficiently, protect textiles and the environment with CHT. This is how you our SMART AIR® can contribute to the eco-compatibility of your laundry. •

LOCKERCLEAN

TREVIL

In 2026, Trevil moves forward with a clear purpose: making professional laundry work smoother, faster and less demanding. Our innovations grow out of real conversations with operators, and this year our focus is on our double-buck shirt finishers — TreviTandem (blown) and PrestoTandem (pressed). Both are engineered to deliver top tier productivity in a compact footprint. The latest enhancement is the automatic shirt unloading system, which pushes output to 90–110 shirts per hour with two operators. By removing a repetitive manual step, it keeps the workflow moving and helps reduce operator fatigue. Even without the unloading module, both models deliver impressive performance — 60–95 shirts per hour depending on the finishing method (blown or pressed), staff configuration and garment conditions. A second key development is our automatic hanger loading device (patent pending). Instead of feeding hangers one by one, operators can drop an entire bundle onto the feeder. The device handles the rest, loading each hanger automatically and saving 2–5 seconds per cycle. It may seem minor, but over hundreds of shirts a day, it turns into a measurable gain in both speed and ease of work. Trevil’s technology also brings advantages that aren’t immediately visible but make a real difference in daily operations: optimized ergonomics, a flexible control system with capacitive touchscreen and intuitive diagnostics, durable components, low energy consumption and technical refinements that elevate finishing quality. For example, blown models direct hot air exactly where it’s needed most, while pressed models use a special cover of the presses to prevent shine on dark fabrics. For high-volume facilities, Trevil offers machines that don’t just boost output—they simplify the job, staying true to our mission: creating practical innovation that makes day-today work lighter and strengthens business performance, now and in the years ahead. •
