Our offering is rooted in the needs of our customers: understanding what holds value for them, rethinking our products by transforming them into tailored services, and elevating the standard of our solutions. Today, customers seek not just a product but a comprehensive solution. Guiding them toward this goal requires our full expertise and experience in the laundry process. This process goes beyond the product itself, encompassing all the factors that impact the efficiency of a laundry.

One of the key highlights is the launch of the new ES rotary dryers’ line by IMESA in April 2025, redesigned with ambitious project objectives:

1. Expanding the commercial offer to our customers
2. Reducing energy consumption
3. Increasing performance
4. Enhancing product reliability

Expanded commercial offer
The new ES line is introduced to the market in three different versions: Easy, Smart, and Premium. It offers two types of control units (4-digit electronics for the Easy version and an IM10 touch screen for the Smart and Premium versions), along with various equipment configurations. The line includes new models that complement the washing machine range, specifically: 11-14-18-23-26-32-36 Kg. The Easy line is now also available for self-service use.

Reduced energy consumption
The new ES rotary dryers line offers a significant advantage to customers: lower operating costs compared to the past. What we guarantee to the customer can be measured through the reduction in installed power, energy consumed during a drying cycle, and evaporation energy. Additionally, the three versions are equipped with three different heating element groups, optimizing heating efficiency.

Increased performance
The new D-FLOW SYSTEM - air circulation system, inside the drum not only reduces drying times and increases the machine's energy efficiency but also ensures more uniform and enhanced drying of the fabrics. It is important to note that the Smart and Premium versions are equipped with a new humidity sensor for better control of the drying cycle parameters.

Increased product reliability
For the new ES rotary dryers’ line, we have designed a new perforation pattern for the drum with rounded edges, called SOFT-CARE, which protects fabrics from potential rubbing damage while also reducing fluff generation. Additionally, the Smart and Premium versions are equipped with a new, removable filter that is easy to clean. The new rotary dryer line will be available starting from mid-April 2025, but it is already on display at our CLEANHUB laundry academy.

CLEANHUB

CLEANHUB is IMESA's second major project, launched at the end of 2024, and it has already received great success among our customers. CLEANHUB offers a selection of fully operational products available for technical and operational training, as well as customer-tailored activities - an added value to the sale and a service we provide in addition to the product.

However, CLEANHUB is not just a place to see our product range; it reflects our real strength, our ability to customize the experience each time, based on the unique and distinct characteristics of those we work with.

CLEANHUB takes an open and inclusive approach. The training concepts offered to our distributors focus on tailoring services to the specific needs and characteristics of each individual business; but that’s not all - CLEANHUB offers them the opportunity to share the immersive laundry experience with their customers and the users who will be operating the equipment.

CLEANHUB is a project built on the technical and professional expertise of our teams. In the washing area, we have employed a dedicated figure with 35 years of experience as a technician and trainer in the cleaning industry, specifically in textiles treatment. Expertise in washing techniques, both from a chemical perspective and in the management of washing machine programs, is a key added value that we provide to our customers, enhancing their experience and training at CLEANHUB.

“CLEANHUB, a project based on the technical and professional expertise of our teams”

Our mastery of the washing process has led us to another important milestone: the validation of hygiene tests on fabrics treated with Opticycle washing programs and Optiwash® detergents by IMESA. IMESA washing machines are equipped with the IM11 touch screen computer, with 15 standard washing cycles, offering a wide selection that meets the most common laundry needs of professional laundries, Ho.Re.Ca. operators, cleaning companies, and the Healthcare sector (hospitals and nursing homes). However, our offer doesn’t stop here - thanks to the knowledge and experience of our laundry experts, we are able to create customized cycles for every specific need. Our additional offering includes specific washing cycles for hospitals, the dairy products sector, and wet-cleaning treatments for the most delicate garments, among others. Two specific washes, OPTIHYGIENE 60°C and OPTIHYGIENE 40°C, have been certified by an external organization appointed by us. This certification confirms the effectiveness of these cycles in reducing contamination from bacteria, yeasts, moulds and fungal spores. The tests were carried out on a high-spin washer from the LM series combined with the Optiwash® detergents line by IMESA.

“OPTIHYGIENE 60°C and OPTIHYGIENE 40°C certified washing”

This is just the first step of a bigger project in which we are expert partners for all our customers and users of our equipment, guiding them in the decision-making process, use, and after sales phase. •
