Shirts form finisher model CIRCE/CP
The first sample and prototype has been already presented at the EXPODETERGO INTERNATIONAL 2022 trade fair. This will be its final version, ready to enter the global laundry market. It is a shirts form finisher with very high output, capable of ironing approximately 40 shirts per hour with high quality. The advantage of this machine lies in the integration of an automatic pressing system for collars and cuffs alongside the dummy, eliminating the need for a separate press for taking care of these details. This internationally patented system saves time: the collar and cuffs are ironed simultaneously with the rest of the shirt, leading to cost savings – the cost of the additional accessory to the form finisher is less with 40% than for an usual collar and cuffs press, leading moreover to logistical savings by eliminating the space required for a normal press but also to ecological savings as the electric consumption of the dummy with integrated collar/cuff system consumes 18% less electricity than a combined dummy/press. manichino/pressa.

One of Battistella’s best sellers in the laundry sector, the classic steam vacuum/blowing/steam ironing table will be showcased in a new appearance at Frankfurt. The outer body is entirely made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring extremely high resistance to corrosion. This product is ideal for markets with intensive use, such as hotel and resort laundries in tourist destinations near the sea, where salty air speeds up metal wear and corrosion processes.
