• Logistics and handling: solutions designed for durability and efficiency, from lightweight Aluscal alloy trolleys to customizable polyester and raffia bags.
• Packaging and identification: manual and automatic bagging systems (Scalpack), designed to meet 4.0 Industry standards and integrated with heat-sealing marking technologies.

The digital future: EXACO software and RFID traceability

Looking ahead, SCAL Srl continues to invest in research and development, with a strong focus on process digitalization. The EXACO software, developed by Aster Labs, part of the SCAL Srl group, is a web- and cloud-based platform representing an advanced solution for wardrobe management and traceability. Through the integration of RFID technologies (UHF and HF), the system enables predictive monitoring of garment wear and the precise reconstruction of processing batches. This data-driven approach reduces human error, streamlines operations, and enhances efficiency through advanced analytical tools and dashboards.
