La gamma di macchine per lavanderia ALGITECH annovera tra i suoi prodotti di punta la piegatrice per capi grandi PL, che consente di piegare agevolmente la tovaglia tonda o capi fino a 4 metri di lunghezza ed è configurata per gestire al meglio anche i capi con spessori più importanti. Per quanto riguarda i capi medi e piccoli, la gamma di multipiegatrici PT01 rappresenta una sintesi efficace di precisione meccanica, affidabilità operativa e innovazione: nella versione ULTRA, la macchina è in grado di piegare dal tovagliolo – con funzione di piegatura autocentrante a metà + metà – al runner, alla federa a 4 volani luxury, oltre a dare la possibilità di impilare automaticamente il tovagliolo non piegato e i formati più piccoli (tovagliette all’americana, centrini, ecc.).

For terry items, the PS02 towel folder uses blades driven by brushless motors to fold all types of terry cloth, including the thickest fabrics, while maintaining consistent quality and exceptionally high production levels. Its touchscreen panel can automatically manage up to four formats: pool towels, face towels, guest towels, and bath mats - whit an integrated tracking system that extends to the bagging stage. For bathrobes, the PA01 model stands out as the only continuous automatic machine capable of folding these laborintensive items, awarded with four patents. Once a bathrobe is placed on the suction feed table, the machine completes the entire folding process and delivers a perfectly folded item ready for packaging, significantly reducing manual labor and improving operational efficiency.

FD01 feeders: tailored technology for Ho.Re.Ca. laundries

It is a semi-automatic feeder equipped with a suction table for large, medium, and small items. Thanks to its modular configuration, the system allows for the subsequent integration of a mobile loading station with clamps for automatic feeding, enabling customers to spread investment costs over time while progressively reducing labor requirements.

A few years ago, at EXPODETERGO INTERNATIONAL 2018, Algitech introduced the Matrix smart locker. At the time, the market was not yet ready for the widespread adoption of automated linen distribution by industrial laundries to small clients, such as guesthouses, B&Bs, and private customers. Today, however, the system is gaining traction, enabling laundries to attract smaller clients while achieving higher margins on individual items. The Matrix cabinets can be installed in a variety of locations: shopping centers, universities, or unattended collection points, and are fully customizable, including the number and size of compartments. With Algitech, industrial laundries face the challenges of the future with intelligent, efficient, and sustainable technology, reinforcing the value of Made in Italy in the third millennium. •
