The professional textile maintenance sector is undergoing a phase of profound transformation. Biocompatibility, hypo-allergenicity, sustainability and circular economy are now essential factors that the customer requires in addition to high-quality washing results. The customer therefore seeks for a CLEAN that must be at the same time synonymous with WELL-BEING and HEALTH. It is in this scenario that Renzacci presents the new 2027 range.
Biodrycleaning machines, wet cleaning machines, tumble dryers and selfdrying ironing calanders resulting from a continuous path of research, development and technological innovation. A result made possible by a strongly integrated industrial model, which brings together within the company research and development, design and production where everything is carried out directly without leaving anything to chance. For the two-year period 2025-2027, Renzacci has planned investments in research and development equal to approximately 8% of turnover, confirming a strategy oriented not simply towards product evolution, but towards building the technologies of the future.
BIODRYCLEANING is part of this evolution, which the new line of BIODRYCLEANING MACHINES RENZACCI 2027 further improves and enhances. The BIODRYCLEANING MACHINES RENZACCI have been designed and manufactured to perform in a simple and automated way the new Natural Cleaning techniques that completely change the face of what was once called “dry-cleaning”. in this sector, the new generation SENTINEL™ completes the numerous exclusive RENZACCI proposals, which uses natural technology in a simple and innovative way to offer not only the highest quality washing results, but also a profound and effective action against viruses and bacteria.
The new generation of Renzacci BIODRYCLEANING MACHINES has been conceived with a specific goal: sustainability must be designed and transformed into concrete technology. Reducing water and energy consumption, recovering resources, simplifying systems and reducing waste today means simultaneously improving environmental sustainability and the economic efficiency of professional activity. This is the logic that unites the new RENZACCI production platforms: transforming innovation into performance, efficiency, and value.
SUSTAINABILITY BECOMES TECHNOLOGY
With OCEANO 2027, Renzacci takes Wet Cleaning to a new generation of efficiency. The platform integrates technologies dedicated to washing quality, time reduction and resource optimization. The unique TECH STREAM, SLIDE MAX and ECOCARE™ systems not only deliver top-notch results in extremely short times, but recover and reuse water and energy helping to build an increasingly efficient process.
The previous generation OCEANO had already introduced significant reductions in consumption: up to 45-60% for water and 20-40% for energy, thanks to the combined action of closed-loop control, recovery and drying systems. The 2027 range further develops this philosophy: more performance, fewer resources used and their greater reuse, adding to this a significant simplification of systems and construction, with the abolition of expensive suction hoods and external fumes exhaust pipes.
The 2027 new features will include a new uniform-interaxis radiant heat system and new software from a simple yet advanced computer that manages ironing times, temperatures, and speeds with extremely high precision. The new range is completed by high productivity with very low energy consumption, a low cost of labor, extreme ease of use and maintenance reduced to almost insignificant levels.
Sustainability is also about what the washing process gives back to the environment. With PLASTIC GUARD, Renzacci for over ten years now has been offering a filtration system dedicated to reducing the dispersion of plastics generated during textile washing. An innovation that expands the concept of sustainability: the machine is no longer just a tool for achieving a washing result, but becomes an active part of a more responsible and integrated production process where, in addition to performance, the focus is on intelligent resource management, from productivity to sustainability. A new RENZACCI generation therefore, built to meet the needs of an increasingly competitive and aware international market. •
