Shirt finishers (single ? and double?buck version) are a concrete example of this evolution: the DB Premium model can process up to 120 shirts per hour, while delivering consistent quality and significantly reducing processing times.
For professional trouser finishing - also in industrial production – the MPT series offers solutions for jeans and trousers, both classic and casual, for all fabric types. The MPT?DL model, with pneumatic waistband tensioning with lateral traction, ensures perfect steam and air distribution throughout the waistband and trouser legs, while simultaneous controlling both the waistband size and leg length. Equipped with a touchscreen PLC and anti?stretch devices, it guarantees versatility and fast processing.
The FORMPLUS tensioning form finisher series provide superior finishing for jackets, coats, outerwear, jackets, leather items, women’s clothing and similar pieces, reducing touch-ups and increasing productivity without requiring specialised staff. High performance is ensured by an effective garment?tensioning system and a powerful hot?air flow. Cycles are adjustable and can be stored via a PLC with an AF Logic interface.
These solutions are complemented by the new Orbita Cabinet, which PONY is going to present at EXPODETERGO INTERNATIONAL 2026, designed to meet the growing demand related to synthetic fabrics. It is extremely easy to use even without experienced operators - handling up to 9 items per cycle with optimised consumption. The internal height of the steaming and blowing chambers simplifies handling of long items, ensuring excellent finishing quality, with a very high ROI (Return on Investment).
Automation is the first step; digitalisation is the second. Modern laundries must constantly monitor productivity, consumption, maintenance, and performance. From this need arises PONY TOUCH TECHNOLOGY*, which, through a touchscreen PLC with automatic diagnostics, software updates, remote productivity control, and the EASY ACCESS 2.0* app - turns every machine into a digitally connected production system. Completing the digital ecosystem, PONY CLOUD* seamlessly integrates data collection, alarm monitoring, maintenance scheduling, and advanced analysis of plant performance.

Reducing unnecessary movements and fatigue, improving posture and workflow, translates into higher output and better operator wellbeing. Today, sustainability also means energy efficiency: consuming less power cuts operating costs, raises competitiveness, and makes the investment more profitable over time. PONY integrates solutions that optimise consumption - advanced insulation, high-efficiency motors, intelligent air and steam management, and heat-recovery systems. Key innovations include H.A.R.S. (Heat-Air Recovery System), a device installed on all shirt finishers, that recovers and reuses hot air during the ironing cycle, reducing both energy use and processing times. TOTAL ELECTRIC versions of the EAGLE 2.0 and KITE, single-buck shirt finishers with blowing systems, delivering up to 25% energy savings**, by generating heat only where and when it is needed. The MPT-DL trousers topper and the FORMPLUS-S tensioning form finisher, equipped with an integrated electric boiler, enable highly efficient workstations that are simultaneously supplying an ironing table.
